Insurance We Accept
Fees for our services are available upon request. LPS Behavioral Health accepts:
- Medicare Part B
- Medicaid
- Many private insurance plans
- Anthem, MHS, United Healthcare, and CareSource Medicaid programs
Because insurance participation can change, patients are strongly encouraged to check with their insurance plan representative to confirm whether LPS Behavioral health is an in-network provider and if there are any copays or coinsurance requirements. We are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf.
In addition to insurance reimbursement, you can pay fees directly by:

- PayPal
We may be able to reduce our fees for uninsured or under‑insured persons. Please ask our office for more information.

- Diagnostic evaluation: $175.00
- 30‑minute session: $50.00
- 45‑minute session: $75.00
- 60‑minute session: $100.00
Evaluations
- ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- $800.00 (includes testing and debrief)
- Direct‑pay discount: $720.00
- Mental Competence and Neurocognitive Evaluations
- $800.00 (includes testing and debrief)
- Direct‑pay discount: $720.00
- Standard Psychological Evaluations
- $175.00 without testing
- $75.00 per additional test if required
- Discounts available for direct payment
